ARTICLE IX - COMMITTEES



Section 1. Nominating Committee.

There shall be a Nominating Committee whose composition and duties shall be those as set forth in Article VII, Section 2 and 3.

Section 2. Other Committees.

At the first meeting of the Board of Directors after their election, or as soon thereafter as practicable, the President shall appoint the following committees subject to the approval of the Board of Directors:

  • (a) Show Committee, to consist of a Chairman and at least four (4) members of the Club;

  • (b) Publicity Committee, to consist of a Chairman and five (5) members of the Club;

  • (c) Special Committees on any subject for which there are no standing Committees.

Section 3. Appointees.

Any committee, excepting the nominating Committee, may be terminated by the President upon approval by the Board of Directors and subsequent written notice to the appointee. The President may appoint successors to those persons whose service has been terminated, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
