ARTICLE III Corporate Property  

Section 1.

All property of the Club shall be devoted exclusively to furthering the objects of the Club, and on dissolution of the Club, such property shall be distributed as determined by Article XIII of these By-Laws. 

Section 2.

The Club shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part or any profit or remainder of residue from dues or donations to the Club shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual.
