ARTICLE I Name, Seal, Colors

Section 1. Name. The Corporate name of the Club is "The Chow Chow Club, Inc."

Section 2. Seal. The Corporate Seal of the Club shall be in such form as may from time to time be adopted by the Board of Directors.

Section 3. Colors. The Chow Chow Club, Inc. colors shall be light blue and gold.
